Brian O’Connell Lecture Series and Scholarship Fund

The Philosophy Department was deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend and highly esteemed colleague Brian M. O’Connell (November 2, 1960 to May 21, 2008). Because of his boundless intellectual curiosity, and his fervent devotion to his students, his wife Sarah Cox, in conjunction with CCSU, has established both a distinguished lecturer series and a scholarship fund.
